Donkey Kong Country 3 is a platform game that was researched and developed by Rare and was first published by Nintendo for the SNES system in late 1996 in major markets such as Japan, Europe, and Australia. This is the third part of the hit Donkey Kong Country series with more exciting upgrades than before.
The main characters in this game are Dixie Kong, the girlfriend of Diddy Kong, and Kiddy Kong. The two are good friends. Their story trees begin in the scattered underworld. Several other characters appear in this game like
Wrinkly Kong: A name appears in a “saved cave.” This game allows players to save their gameplay, and you will meet Wrinkly Kong each time.
Funky Kong: is the person who gives you the means to go through the underworld.
Swankly Kong: A person that allows players to challenge Cranky Kong to a ball-throwing competition in exchange for coins.
Thirteen bears: offers players services in exchange for Bear Coins, some of which are tools for advancement in the game.
This is a platform game where the adventures of the sister’s Kong and her cousin, Kiddy Kong, travel through 8 different underworlds totaling up to 48 levels. The world includes a total of 48 stories. Some of the advantages of this version over part 1 are the inclusion of a special bonus, DK. There’s also an animal helper and added a multiplayer mode.
Both characters have unique abilities. Dixie has the ability to slow down the downhill by curling a ponytail. Kong also can recognize hazards like hidden switches or cracked floors. Players can convert Kong to Dixie at any time within the same level. The game’s primary classes are usually based on themes, including forests, seas, and cliffs. The clear range levels are designed with a wider variety of puzzles and massive obstacles. The giant bosses you need to beat each level is Koin. They can only be defeated by being hit by a steel barrel from behind. The player will be allowed to explore various types of areas instead of being forced to walk on a linear path. To do so, you will be provided with the fastest means of transport such as boats and airplanes to crash into restricted areas.
