Overview

The game is a remake of the classic SNES, first released in late 2002 in the US and early 2003 in Europe and Japan. This is one of the rare games that Capcom and Nintendo collaborate to develop and publish. Four Swords is the most initial game in the series of time. In particular, this version is very prominent with the feature of many players at the same time. Compared to Zelda’s original Legend: A Link to the Past, this version has not so much additions as the sound effects and graphics inspired by the N64 Legend of Zelda game.

Gameplay

Four swords

This is the most exciting part of the game. The number of players for this section will be 2-4 people. There will be no single-player mode in this game. If you do not have four people, you can choose a two-player option because this game does not require a 4-person link cable, but only a 2-person link cable is enough. You will not be able to name your character, but the game will automatically assign a name to each player. This game has three levels; there will be two main rounds at each level and one last round to switch stations. You will have to collect rupees on each level to be able to level up. If one of your teammates dies, you will also lose 50 rupees. This number will increase a lot when the comrade respawns. You will be rewarded in some cases, such as reaching the final gate with the most rupees or being the game’s last winner. Players who achieve the best will be awarded a medal of courage and a right to unlock new outfits or moves. You will need to collect 1000 rupees to pass each basic level. In more difficult levels, you will need 3,000 rupees to pass

Story

The game takes place in the storyline that takes place many years before the events of Minish Cap. You are told about a young boy Vaati through the use of a magic sword that defeats dark forces. He then locked his soul into the sword and Zelda was chosen to keep the sword.

At that time, strange phenomena appeared in the temple where the sword was kept. A friend of zelda, Link, touches the sword to help Vaati escape. Zelda was then taken to be the bride of vaati and things started to happen from here
