Bloody Roar is an fighting game series of Eighting and Hudson Soft. The unique of this game is that characters have powerful transformations. Each will possess the power of a certain animal (rabbit, cat, tiger …). When combating, they will compete in two different states, one with the normal human form and the other, a state that transforms them into a monster. With the monster status, the character can deal more damage and move more agile. Bloody Roar: Primal Fury is the fourth version of the Bloody Roar series. It was developed with many new features, such as more beautiful graphics and intensive matches. Eighting designed the game on two platforms, Xbox and Game Cube. However, the game was available in Japan by Hudson Soft and in North America by Activision. With the Game Cube platform, it was launched in 2002, and on the Xbox platform in 2003.
The game content
Bloody Roar: Primal Fury has many different modes like the games with the same content. There are three basic modes, including Arcade Mode, Training Mode and Versus Mode. Discover Arcade Mode, the players have a diverse character system to use in matches with COM. Besides the characters from Bloody Roar 3, the game also adds several new characters. In case the players want to get acquainted with the moves and fighting techniques of each, Training Mode will provide many different training challenges to discover and control the character. Versus Mode is a game between people, allowing two players to compete with each other on the same screen.
Besides the three basic parts, the manufacturer also designs three additional parts with many interesting challenges. Firstly, Time Attack is a battle mode with the request to complete a match in the shortest time. Team Battle, which requires a choice of three to five different characters to compete in groups, you can compete with COM or other players. Survival has the task of fighting with many enemies at the same time, the battle only stops when you are defeated.
In addition to attractive gameplay, Bloody Roar: Primal Fury has a sharp 3D graphics. The characters have a beautiful anime style. Characters get vivid movement during combat due to being provided up to 60 frames per second.
