Pokémon HeartGold Version is 2009 enhanced remakes of the 1999 role-playing video games Pokémon Gold and Silver, including features from Pokémon Crystal. The games are part of the fourth generation of the Pokémon video game series and were developed by Game Freak, published by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo for the Nintendo DS.
“Pokemon” and “story” are two words like each other’s enemies as it is quite similar across the game. You fall into a scene where, get new people, new badges and beat the Pokemon league. HeartGold’s story seems to be more Crystal-based, bringing back characters like Eusine and Crystal’s plot elements. The only difference will be that the Director of Team Rocket, who sought to bring their leader, Giovanni, back after their defeat against the protagonist in earlier versions of FireRed and LeafGreen.
There are hardly any significant changes from the mainstream Pokemon game. However, there is a point worth noting that Pokemon HeartGold is divided into two groups – special attack and defense special. Accordingly, the only real difference in the gameplay section is the addition of new episodes that many Pokemon might know they won’t learn in Diamonds, Pearls, and Platinum. Still, instead, This change is not so significant and should not be considered too distinct. The value of each Pokemon and the amount of effort that players need to pay attention are still the core values that this gameplay creates. This is directly inherited from Ruby and Sapphire, so there’s nothing new there, other than the fact that you can use Power Anklet, Band, Belt, Bracer, Lens, and Weight to transfer the exact IV of the dad Pokemon. Mother to children by breeding. It’s also a minor twist: Replacing VS Seeker with Poke Gear’s mobile phone, mostly since VS Seeker has made EV training easy with Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
However, the mechanics of this game seem to have made many breakthroughs. These games are packed with a device called PokeWalker, reminiscent of the 90s Pokemon Pikachu Tamagotchi device. This device allows you to send any Pokemon from HeartGold or SoulSilver into it to search for messages. Numbers and help them level up after each session as long as you gain enough experience points. It has a step count function and is extremely small to lose. So, you need a belt to go with it.
