Jeremy McGrath Supercross 2000 is the sequel version of Jeremy McGrath Supercross 98. Like its previous version, this game continues to exploit the fascinating matches of the AMA Supercross Championship. It was developed by Acclaim Studios Salt Lake City. The game was released by Acclaim Sports on four platforms (N64, GBC, PS and DC) in 2000 for two regions, including North America and Europe.

Game modes and gameplay

Jeremy McGrath Supercross 2000 has four game modes, including Single Player, Championship, Time Trial and Free Style. In which Single Player offers optional matches. The players can select a race to compete randomly. Besides, each will require the completion of a different number of laps (four or five laps). Moreover, the Championship is the main, it offers many matches at a variety of racetracks. In addition, the players will have to compete on a prepared schedule, and the goal is to win many victories to advance. Each will be matches among eight different drivers (including players). Your task is to complete the number of required laps, and you have to reach a high ranking position at the end of the match. In case you complete the race with a low ranking position, they will be eliminated from the tournament. As for Time Trial and Free Style, they will provide different challenges. With Time Trial, players will have to compete for a limited time. Free Style requires various tricks during the competition to achieve good results.

Racing vehicles and racetracks

About the racetrack system, Jeremy McGrath Supercross 2000 has eight different types. Each will have area and number of obstacles. They bring many attractive races to challenge the player’s control ability. Also, the developer offers two racing models to use before starting a match, including 150 CC and 250 CC. In which 150 CC is a suitable vehicle for beginners because it possesses average movement speed and easy control. As for the 250 CC model, it has a powerful engine and high speed, difficult to control than 150 CC.

Jeremy McGrath Supercross 2000 has stable 3D graphics and an image system. The details are not really sharp but easy to see. Also, they possess good frame rates which bring gamers smooth experience.
