Marvel vs. Capcom is a famous and addictive fighting game series which was developed by Capcom. This game series which was available had received many good reviews from both users and critics. In Marvel vs. Capcom versions, Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes is the third version and the success version. It was first available by Capcom on Arcade and then by Dreamcast, due to advanced image processing system. With the Arcade version, it was released on January 23, 1998. In 1999, the Dreamcast version was on March 25.

About the Marvel vs. Capcom’s content, Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes has some changes. The first is the character system, Capcom’s characters in this version will be expanded, instead of bringing only the Street Fighter series characters in the previous. In which, Capcom will provide eight characters to explore, including Zangief, Captain Commando, Mega Man, Strider Hiryu, Chun-Li, Morrigan Aensland, Jin Saotome and Ryu. And Marvel Comic has seven characters, including Captain America, Wolverine, Gambit, Spider-Man, War Machine, Hulk and Venom.

Besides, the manufacturer also brings 20 other characters (cannot be used), as a supporting role in the battle process. The next is that it adds a new game mode (Cross Fever), which makes the game own up to five separate modes to enjoy. Arcade is the basic game mode, and it allows the player to play against the CPU in many matches. Complete matches with unselected characters, players can participate in a match with the boss, Onslaught (an X-men villain). Next, Versus is a competition mode between people, allowing two players to customize some different functions before starting the match. Like Versus, Cross Fever also brings fascinating competitions between many players.

However, it allows four players to participate, helping battles take place in the form, 2 vs 2. In case players want to train their reflexes and control their characters, Training is the best choice. In Training mode, players can practice common attack skills or combos. Besides, the game also allows customizing the difficulty of the CPU to practice. Finally, Survival is an intense battle mode, which requires players to survive many enemy attacks with limited time.

At Dreamcast’s platform, Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super-Heroes has received good reviews due to high image quality. In particular, the good image processing system also allows us to bring more motion effects and combat skills than Arcade.
